A family garden situated in Tokai, Cape Town, our concept for this garden focussed on bringing light and warmth into a beautiful older home. We focussed on moving all planting away from the facade towards the end of the site to allow sunlight to permeate into the home. We also chose a light warm material and colour palatte to compliment this as well as celebrate the homes heritage. We have focussed on creating a family home that has spaces for both children and parents alike, which include a kids corner and fire pit as well as a covered stoep and accessible pool. We have worked very closely with our client to pull together their dreams for their new home! Watch this space as it develops.
