My passion for design started with Architecture, but it was my love of nature and bringing people together that guided me to Landscape Architecture. I have been practising as a Landscape Architect for 10 years with experience in Africa, Middle East, France, Singapore, UK and Ireland.

I completed my Bachelor of Architectural Studies, closely followed by my Masters in Landscape Architecture (distinction) at UCT. After working for Earthworks Landscape Architects in Cape Town I moved to London where I have worked for internationally renowed companies such as Gustafson, Porter + Bowman and HTA LLP.

My passion for landscape design is not primarily in the aesthetics of the final product, but how it positively impacts the daily routines of its users and natural systems. How a design can grow and evolve with the everyday - Dream it, Build it, grow it.

Client: City of Paris

Project: Site Tour Eiffel

In May 2018 the City of Paris shortlisted Gustafson Porter + Bowman to reimagine the landscape of the Eiffel Tower. Entitled the “Site Tour Eiffel”. The brief called for a reimaging of the towers surroundings to ‘discover, approach, visit’. To deliver a landscape that aligns with the City’s vision for a resilient, inclusive and environmentally-oriented future. As a non french speaker, my involvement was primaryily with the production of graphics (3D images, rendered plans and diagrams) working closely alongside team members.
